Anthony had Button, St George and Fairy Ring mushroom soup

This is my “Spring” roll of goat’s curd and salad. Amazing Amazing.

Slow cooked Pork Belly, celeriac and morels.

This was my Nicoise salad with baked hake. CAN YOU SEE THAT POACHED EGG?! It was perfect.

Rhubard tart and Elderflower ice cream. Have you see such delightful pastry? The ice cream was wonderful. I don’t know why more people don’t make it.

And Anthony’s Creme Brulée.
The room was really nice, you can get up and have a look in The Biscuit Factory gallery between courses if your companions are boring, the service was impeccable. I will be begging Anthony to take me every time we go up North.
