Anyone got a recipe for the Soufle de Limon?

Same for the things like Gloria’s from Lisbon – looks like a ring of puff pastry and then what?!

Full of booze

Walnut cheesecake

Chocolate cups with a Spanish version of Baileys

Turron icecream

Thick set yogurt with lime and honey

Set curd with walnut sauce

Soufle – cinnamon. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO MAKE THESE DO TELL ALL.

Apple and custard tart.
